I thought Ryze's update was to include a gameplay and visual update. Am I crazy but I thought it would be more of a cohesive update. Something more than the type of update that Kassidan got but now it's not even that? What happened?

Well yeah, you can't expect those issues that are preventing them from releasing information to actually allow them to release any information, can you?
