Second though, well, first note that I'm no expert on anything. This is just my opinion based on what little I've seen about Blood Moon Twisted Fate. https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-r1-yc_Xvfeo/WIe4349bfVI/AAAAAAAAcpY/dajd5-3_V-cXBYBqAxtuiigD6Lrb0Om-wCLcB/s1600/C29m2DlVEAEoxOB.jpg I feel like he has too much gold on him. It makes him seem almost… Festive? He also doesn't seem to leave the piratey look behind. The shoulder things (epaulettes? Pauldrons?) seem a little too big in the model (they look fine in the splash tho). I think he should look more ninja-y than this (he shouldn't look like a ninja, but he should look like a lightly armored rogue. Y'know).

Just my thoughts. This skin has the potential to be totally epic, even if this is the final model; New sfx do a lot for me. But I do think that the model could use some touching up.

Being a Twisted Fate main, i think the skin itself is great, however in my opinion this skin depicts a completely different character to all the other tf skins, they all have a common theme and the twisted fate catch phrases and cowboy voice fits all of them perfectly, to me this new character at least needs more heavy voice effect changing to fit the character or if it had new voiceovers (i know it would bump up the price to legendary) it would make the skin 10x better and make it the whole package instead of the weird southern american accent that just doesn't fit. In my opinion a dark voice, slight asian accent, with new phrases relatable to the character of the skin would make this skin one of the best in the game and would be well worth the legendary price.

Well, considering the Blood Moon skins is based around a festival in Ionia, I think it should be festive.

On the other hand, there does seem to a fair bit of polishing done around the amount of colors of the in-game model.

Changing the voice doesn't change it to legendary. From what I've seen, legendary skins share new taunts, emotes and particle effects when activating any ability or even respawning. Changing the voice is usually what comes with a 1350 skin; take a look at the project skin line.
