So that's Valoran of course, Ionia which is a continent now, not just Asia island, and...

Intriguing.

EDIT: I feel dumb for not seeing this: Shurima is on the "southern continent" as detailed on the Shurima page itself. This likely puts the Shurima Desert, Icathia and Urtistan all on this southern continent. What else might be there is up for debate right now, though it might be that what once separated the north and south of Valoran is not the Great Barrier, but instead a sea dividing Valoran and this southern continent.

Overall I really wonder whats on the 3rd continent.

I mean Demacia,Noxus,Targon,the freljord and Shurima all seem to be on the same continent and Bilgewater(which was said to be also close to the serpentine river) and the shadow isles are located on islands.

The voodoo lands would likely be located on the same continent as noxus as well(unless they change them completely)

Zaun,Piltover and Bandle also seem to have some strong connections,so it is likely that those 3 are on the same continent as well and considering that noxus was working with Zaun in the ionia war and that poppy ran into the early demacians when she left her home it is likely that these city states are on valoran as well.

And because of the lores of Gnar,Vel'koz and the fact that shurima has a void problem,I'd say that it is very likely for Icathia,Urtistan and one of the jungles to be still on valoran as well.

Soooo could that mean that they might introduce a whole new nation(or maybe even multiple ones?) to us?

i dare say... a continent where Bandle lies in?

So far seems that yordles are travelers, and have a secluded home from the rest of the world ( plus the whole thing where they look fey-like ) and seems more reasonable to me that if the usual runeterran faction had no contacts with Bandle is not ebcause Bandle has a void around it but rather because it' s very far.

So we can deduct with variance where some locations on the planet may be

We know that the freijord is either the most northern part of the planet or most southern, geographically it's an ice cap

And we know that shurima is at the center of the planet, as that's the part of the sphere that's closest to the sun it orbits

We can deduct that noxus, zaun, piltover, and demacia are all relatively close to one another, zaun and noxus are still alligned and piltover is close enough to zaun for denizens to regularly travel from one to another.

We know that demacia is close to freijord thanks to quinns recon journal entries. And I would assume targon is close to demacia since Taric could make the journey from one to another

I'm gonna assume the shadow isles and serpent islands are in between Valoran and ionia and that the island that bilgewater is on is south of the equator do its bayou esque environment, coasts excluded.

So that's generally how I think runeterra looks geographically with what little we know

My guess is Valoran is: Noxus, Demacia, Zaun, Piltover, Bandle City My guess is second continent is: Ionia, Freljord, Shurima, Icathia, Mount Targon My guess for third continent is: Kumungu, Voodoo Lands, Bilgewater, Shadow Isles, any new groups created

I counted Bilgewater and Shadow Isles in the new continent since islands IRL are counted as being in continents usually, such as Japan and Asia

I mean a continent is really just a very large island, so Ionia is technically still Asia Island.
