Who is Leblanc?

So I was listening to all of Urgot's Unique Interactions (Courtesy of Skin Spotlights) and I noticed something interesting. Upon executing Leblanc with Urgot's Ultimate [R: Fear Beyond Death], Urgot exclaims "Each one of you, more dead than the last". This makes me wonder, who or what exactly is Leblanc? It's said in her biography that even the members of the Black Rose do not know who she really is, as she has been manipulating Noxian Officials & Key Events in Noxus since the empires earliest days. So implying what Urgot said is true, is there more than one incarnation of Leblanc in Runeterra or is she transferring her consciousness to multiple hosts? Hopefully we get more insight on Leblanc & the Black Rose soon. Thoughts?

The name LeBlanc is simply a title given to the current matron of the Black Rose. The headpiece acts as an heirloom that gets passed through the generations. It casts the illusion of what we see to be LeBlanc on the wearer. Her actual name is Evaine and as far we know, she's quite a lot older due the headpiece hiding her true appearance.

Due note, I haven't read the lore in ages, so some of what I said may be irrelevant or a bit misinformed.

She is an expert manipulator who has been meddling in Noxian politics for a long time (she's way older than she looks) and may have had a hand in persuading Swain in dumping the current Urgot to his fate.

As far as i remember, is some kind of "Title" of a member of the Black Rose.

I seem to remember somewhere that LeBlanc is just a title and not the person's actual name.

Also the old judjement hinted that every matron of the black rose slowly loses her individuality and becomes possessed by the so called " true leblanc " which is ,most likely the first matron and the creator of the crown and the wand.The biggest clue is the fact that she said to the summoners that they will never know the the true leblanc as she is far older than their precious league!
