Miscellaneous Champion design quirks

Can we get a full list of champions who have freckles? The only two I can think of off the top of my head is Taliyah (base and frost) and MF (all skins I believe). Oh! and are there any cross eyed champs? Any morbidly clumsy champs (I think having an occasionally stumble due to two left feet in a walking animation would be adorable)? I know "champion" implies the best of the best, and a lot of people view things like these genetic screw ups... idk these little quirks are very detail oriented, and not essential to any character design or world building process in any way, I'm just wondering is all.
