Also Ryze vs Syndra is interesting from lore since Syndra has almost unlimited power but can't use it all, but Ryze has world runes but doesn't necessarily want to use them so idk really. Base abilities? I think Syndra is stronger.

Doesn't ryze literally have rocks in his possession with more raw power than all the nukes we have in real life over the whole planet combined? Sure he doesn't WANT to use it, but Syndra CAN'T use her full power
