Even Morgana's newer skins look off because of how old and stale her animations and model are, the texture update helped her quite a bit, but her animations are still quite stale, and new animations may not be possible on the current model (they could be, I'm not sure.) Also, have you seen her posture? It looks so weird.
All I'm saying is that she needs some love, at some point.
Riot's shying away from doing VU's without gameplay changes.
So yeah, rip any VU until Taric.

Yeah, her weird slug dress is just atrocious. I know League is like six years old, but even six years ago that squash and stretch mesh design was ten years out of date. Seriously. Google Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance. It's a GBA game from 2001, and Morgana looks terrible even compared to those models, from a B title on a handheld system, fourteen years ago.
Morgana's splash is almost 2 years old, but i dont really want it to be changed. I feel like the current artists would nerf her boobs or something. Morg's model was updated recently, but she still looks the same as always. It would be nice if her Hair and wings looked better, and her dress was more dynamic.

You guys are being too harsh imo. They already gave her a TU: textures, animation and new ability pics. She is able to enter clubs now unlike the many older looking champions like Taric.
Morgana just looks "ick" in game. When comparing her splash art to her model, the model doesn't do justice. The splash art looks haunting, majestic, wickedly beautiful, and the in game model makes her look soggy and depressed. A few notes:
Her hunching over in game just looks gross. Her physical body matches nothing portrayed in the splash art, muscles, breasts, hair, face...etc. Her wings in game look like they've been rotting, whereas in the splash art they look relatively fuller. The skirt. Oh the skirt. Please get rid of that purple trash bag and replace it with a more fitting, but still longer and flowing skirt.
