The female in the icon is not one I've seen before in league. Is she the proposed new support I hear will be released?

I assume you mean this icon: https://imgur.com/a/jWxSYyX I believe its victorious Morgana icon but I'm unsure as to why. Only thing I can assume is because of the rework soon or it's a placeholder

Sylas literally just got released and the new support just got teased. I have absolutely no idea why they would already have an in-game teaser, let alone an icon.
