Splash update to classic skarner, xin xhao, kassadin and mundo
Riot please update their base splashes because out of all the base splashes these 4 are the worst/outdated. So if you could update them it would be nice because even though their reworks are planned in the future i bet it would not be too soon (maybe 2020-2021) and it would be disgusting if you'll just wait for their vgu's to update them considering you've updated eve's base splash mid 2016 and then her VGU is up in the corner so why not update them too. And if you someone argue with me about skins rework then its a diff story bec. base splash is much more seen/played than skins and i know rioters has been updating skin splashes and has schedules for reworking outdated skin splash (like MF).
PS: please update outbreak renekton plzz. its the only outdated skin of renekton while bloodfury just needs some polishing or make it shiny like today's splashes. please make it a bonus splash in the near future.

these ones are not as bad but will probably get updated in the future (some of these like Irelia and Xin Zhao being placeholders for now)
these are the splashes that while generally up to the current art standards or have been updated multiple time, could still receive a new splash art in the future
these champions have either received a new splash from 3 years (2014-2017), have recently been reworked, or are new additions (i know some of these like Swain, Malphite and Rammus are on the radar for a full VGU but they have had there splashes modernized for the time being)
