Really? THAT is Kayle?

I'm a simple man. I like helmets, and I like armor. I like badass characters, especially when they're wearing both badass armor and a badass helmet. Naturally, while I hated the dated kit and most of her poor helmetless skins, I thought Kayle was pretty neato.

And then Riot, you go an give her the ol' YOU-NEED-KNOW-THIS-HAWT-WOMAN treatment.

We had one, A SINGLE female character wearing something resembling a decent set of full-platemail with helm, and they throw her in a lame purple bodysuit since I guess I need to see DAT BELLY BUTTON. Her decent shoulder armor is gone to make her frame look less imposing and give her tiny little wing ornaments because MUH GRACEFUL DELICATE WAIFU. And her tassets_(those leg armor-skirt things that look like pauldrons hanging off your belt, for the uninitiated_) are just flat out removed because GOTTA SEE DAT CHILDBEARIN FIGURE!

AND WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO TO HER HELMET?! IT LOOKS LIKE A GODDAMN FACE SOCK, LIKE SHES FLYING INTO BATTLE WITH A FREAKIN EGGSHELL MASK. YOU LITERALLY ALREADY HAD AN ICONIC, COOL, AND FAIRLY UNIQUE HELMET DESIGN FOR HER AND YOU REPLACED IT WITH WHAT AMOUNTS TO VOMIT GIVEN SOLID FORM. AND SHE TAKES THE DAMN THING OFF INGAME TOO.

Riot, Riot. Look, we know she's female. Really, I mean this. You play the hero ONCE, read her lore, the wiki, whatever, you find out Kayle is not a man. You DON'T have to shove so far into our faces that you end up pulling off a fatality by mistake. Women can look cool, they can go into battle with full suits of armor without suddenly being voided of all personalty or interesting character traits, and they can wear cool as hell full helms without spontaneously becoming a dude.

Kayle was one of very few female humanoid champions, or champions in general, mind you, the fully obscured there face with a helmet. It was cool, and pretty iconic for the character. Gimme my knight back.
