A Different Type of Rework

So we have visual and gameplay reworks which are cool and all, yet I feel as if some champions need more a personality and voice rework than a full gameplay rework. Yeah there will be some who might be against some, but I more am implying champions like Alistar , aside from his "You can't milk those" joke, what about this cow we have is cool or interesting? Or even MF, though entertaining, you don't really feel as if shes that cold, harsh woman of Bilgewater that her lore describes her as. You mostly hear her make innuendos and just be very...... ummm, womanly I guess. What would you guys feel about something like this, I'm curious.
