Thanks to another thread I have come to the conclusion that these fish things are named "Bilgerats".

But I dunno. Feels like a cool name to me though.

EDIT: Apparently they're actually named "Wharf Rats" so we were close with rats and ship terminology!

Riot has confirmed the new creatures are called "Wharf Rats".
