That is a very nice splash for her. If it was just spruced up a bit, cleaned up in a few spaces... =D? (I am spam posting, sorry...remembered that Kat is my favorite Mid/Top)
Well, all the older champions have been getting splash updates... really curious to see what happens with hers. They do seem to be having some trouble figuring her out as a character. (Is she sultry and sexual, strictly business, or psychotic? Does she really enjoy killing, or just take her job very seriously? Is she smug and callous or are things like her dance and cat costume evidence that she has a playful side that she can't usually show since killing is the one way she proves her worth? Etc. etc.) It'll be interesting to see what her new splash seems to say about her when it comes along.
Kat actually has one of my favourite splashes right now. The backround is a bit ... weird/pointless but the picture of Kat herself I think is perfect. Would be a bit sad to see it changed.
only her base or all her splashes? What about red card?
Just classic splashes have been getting updates lately. They'd probably like to update skin splashes too but I guess it's a lower priority? Off the top of my head I can't think of any older skins where the US/universal version got a splash update.
