Am I the only one who feels blood moon talon is a bit overpriced?

I don't mean to sound cheap, but new blood moon talon has quite a lack of ways to show off vfx in the skin department overall. The nice changes that I see are in his passive, and the q. The blades look the same in w and r, which makes it a little bland, and the parkour effects are barely noticeable enough to be appreciated. The fact that he has no new auto attack particles kind of stuns me, since diana being a melee has the new effects, while talon has the same old blood splatter from his base with each auto. Overall, the skin is nice, but feels more like it deserves the 975 rp brand rather than the hefty 1350. I mean, look at jhin's skin. You will be left amazed at how beatifully they did with his particles. Talon, however, seems like could've had a little more to reach that 1350 mark.
