They keep him in the basement of Riot HQ and when he gets out he will bring cataclysms all over the world, probably ending the human race.

Then Warwick rework, done by Ao Shin. Probably it will be shit because dragons are not good game designers, but no one will complain.

Can confirm. I made a game mode for WC3 and nobody liked it.

Then Dungeon Defenders came out in the exact same genre and everyone liked it.

They do several updates in parallel.

Poppy, Taric and Yoric are full scale reworks, but they can only occupy so many people. The rest are working on smaller projects.

Morde and ryze for example already got a gameplay update, so they only need a standalone VU, that could come relatively soon I think.

Oh and SKT Ryze will be coming out next year, also probably without any changed effects.

Ezreal has 1 skin that changes his effects, his Ultimate. 35 bucks for a skin that's now only as good as an old school legendary skin, or a new 1350 skin. But you get a nifty icon at least.

I'd compare it to really high-end legendaries, maybe... but not a 1350. 1350s don't have what it takes to stand up to Ezreal's ultimate. Ezreal's ultimate seems minor now, but it changed a ton of things. It even changed how minions die if they're killed by him - something I don't think any other skin or champion does even now. It also effectively has 4 models (levels 1-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-18), new dance, new voice, second voice actor entirely, and so on. It seems weak because it's been out so long and we see some of this other cool stuff coming out, but it really did change a lot of stuff on him to warrant that price.

sorry about this ahead of time: why give a skin to champ with amazing effects with such a low pick and winrate that people might not even buy (he might be still OP) but still riot sells>community wants :/ tis the truth just look at my twitch sama no one think about giving him a new skins with better effects :/

That could be cool though. Giant snowball Q, W that locks someone in a mini blizzard, E fires a small snowball that breaks into snowflakes as it's AOE. Then his Ult would have sleigh bell sound effects and give him the look that he's encased in a snowglobe.

wow i didnt realize it but that's true, ryze doesnt have any new particle skins... and since he is a caster the spells would look cool. also ezreal only has 750 and below skins besides pulsefire.
