I've been waiting so long. At least since last christmas when they released the new sivir skin. I didn't buy it because I figured since she'd just been VU'd and they would update this splash soon.

I prefer her this way. .... "prefer", mostly because it' s an hidden OP skin, it damages enemy morale by making them sad or by making them laugh and undervaluate you.
Riot's said that reworking all of the splashes for skins has been postponed for a while due to the fact that artists are largely prioritizing default splashes and new champions first. Once everyone in the game has gotten a redrawn splash, they'll likely move on to skins. Until then, all you can do is sit tight.
