What if darius sent quiletta to zaun to make her alive again(like old urgots lore)

Zaun does not have that sort of technology.
Urgot was never dead in the new lore. Warwick was only barely dead. (likely still had some residual brain activity) Sion's resurrection was a failure.
Bringing back characters from the dead has serious implications for future stories. Once one character is resurrected, death loses its significance.
He wouldn't do that...
Urgot's reconstruction left him in constant pain, to the point where he was lamenting his own existence and everyone around him thought he was a monster.
Darius probably wouldn't want to expose Quilletta to that sort of thing, and he also has a distaste for necromancy, that got mentioned when Sion came out. He thinks Sion just shouldn't have gotten himself killed in the first place.
