Why though? Man literally was the leader of the original version of the Immortal Bastion, practically kick started the whole project, and now even in death he has a spirit realm equivalent in the exact same spot while his remains are in the center of the one in reality. Please Help
Chembaron Yamada3 votesMordekaiser is mistakenly listed in the Shadow Isles instead. There are a few more mistakes in there. Maybe Riot is not updating it properly anymore, idk.
Examples: Rengar is still listed in Shurima instead of Ixtal. Sett is not listed in Ionia or any other region as far as I am aware of. Aphelios is not listed in Targon.

Also Sett doesn't list Vastaya as his race. I mean sure he is a half-breed, but the whole vastaya tribe are essentially half-breeds anyway, so he should still be considered to be one.
And one thing that always bothered me is that Aurelion Sol is considered a runeterra champ, but is also listed on Targon. He is the only champ who appears on a region page that isn't considered his own region(Morde and Rengar do this too, but in their case its because Riot forgot to change that).
EDIT:Rengar is actually on the Ixtal page, he is simply listed on both Shurima and Ixtal.

If you check every individual champion, it should show you the correct region. But if you check the region, it shows the wrong/outdated list of champions.
Some of them are actually fine to be in both (TK in Bilgewater, even though he is technically "independent"), but then there are still some mistakes like Mordekaiser who's clearly in the wrong region (and they admitted it).

The same team that probably publicizes things like League Music on Spotify (Only took em ten years) and updates League Displays (They uploaded Bloodmoon Thresh instead of Dawnbringer Karma as a wallplper last patch lol).
Yeah so good luck... all the writers and narrative team can do is message them to fix discrepancies like this, but they never seem to get around to it. Map still has pre-VGU thumnails of champs like Kayle Morgana Morde Pantheon.
A bunch of little things that really don't matter, but still give off a very "we dont give a damn" vibe
