Dark Star Thresh voice too low

Just finished an ARAM and someone on my team used a boost and I got Dark Star Thresh. I was excited to use him in game, but was seriously disappointed when I could barely hear him at all. I've listened to the VO for that skin so I know he has lines, but they are just too quiet. My Voice Volume is set to 75 so that isn't the issue.
