I like these two skins BUT
what kinda disturbs me is:
why isn’t transcendence kayle not part of the divine skin line like divine soraka? (Beside that this skin looks amazing, it’s kinda sad it doesn’t have unique particles)
why isn’t BM Morgana not part of the Blade Queen Lissandra Skinline? (I really hoped his skin would get more love and creativity)
That’s pretty much it. Just some thoughts and hopes. Very curious about the answers.

Blade Queen Lissandra is part of the Omen of the Dark skinline (Black Scourge Signed, Cursed Revenant Nocturne Iron Inquisitor Kayle, Undertaker Yorick and Grey Warwick), they are a very dark gothic theme
BM Morgana was shifted towards the Space Fantasy theme of the Steel Valkyries (GG Miss Fortune, BA Kai'sa, Aether Wing Kayle, Dreadnova Gangplank and Dreadnova Darius).
Trancended Kayle isn't currently part of a skinline, but I don't know if it'd go along with Divine. Kayle is meant to be taking up the mantle of her Mother and becoming the Aspect of Justic in this skin. They haven't really given us lore on what Soraka is doing in her skin yet.
First: the transcendent kayle is not a part of any skin line, it's just what kayle will look like if she became a full aspect (it was confirmed in the skin bio) so it wouldn't make sense if they put two skin lines in one skin.
Second: BM Morgana if you haven't noticed yet is a futuristic skin and it belongs to the steel valkyries skin line (Gun goddess MF, Aether wings kayle...etc) and it's a 750 skin so they don't have to improve on the skin because 750 skins are not supposed to have special effects or animations)
I do agree on the transcendent kayle being not cool enough without no new particles and new animations (because it's a 975 skin).
