All I can find on the interwebs is the concept artist, and the illustrator for his Nightbringer skin. Anyone know who the artist is for the base splash art?

Sunny Pandita is the concept artist. Jennifer Wuestling did the the Nightbringer skin's splash art. But who did the base skin art???
