Dear Riot Animation Team, WHAT IS THIS?!?!

I've been browsing the champion models just because and I see there are a few animations not used in the games. Sometimes these have the champion arms out and weapons off to the side to show the plain model, sometimes they show a motionless stance that looks like a model for splash art and this is typical of animating...

But then there's run90.

This isn't like the standard animations for Tristana. It doesn't show her jumping, any stage of her recall, one of her idle animations, it shows like she and Boomer were crushed by a car compacter and are now imitating a fish (and that's a light description of it).

Really, I'd like to know the story behind this animation.
