Riot, are you planning on including the new Swain splash in an upcoming patch?

On the new shop on the PBE. the updated Swain splash is used. Does this mean it's going to be included soon? Swain's due for a splash update and if the new one's all completed and is even on the PBE shop, can we expect it soon?
