About the bird champs
Since the new champs are both like birds, or half birds, can they be tamed by Quinn as pets? Can Quinn whistle to them like she does with valor, like pet birds?

Yes. They then shed all sentience they might have, look for the nearest bird cage to occupy, and begin begging for crackers.
If Quinn wants a knife or 15 in her back(and a strangely becoming interpretive dance on her grave), sure.
