Is it just me or does it seem like Jarvan gets allies and friends with every step he takes

became friends with when they were children. got saved by and then let her join Demacia. randomly met and saved him from Noxus making him his body guard. Swain may be a master tactician but Jarvan can be thrown down Targon and come back with atleast 1 legendary warrior swearing to join his and Demacias cause. Makes you wonder why the first 3 Jarvans are painted as evil.
