Is Fizz becoming a Yordle?

The thought just occurred to me that with the new yordle lore, it's very well possible. Fizz could become the yordle embodiment of bilgewater or the very ocean itself. His size and proportions have always been very yordle like and know that yordles appearances can change depending on who's looking at them it's possible that Fizz can be an odd looking yordle.

This might be a pretty good solution to binding him into the world instead of just being another endling character lost to his tribe of people. Thoughts?
