Tencent just posted one pic teaser about new theme skins. Pic links reposted from NGA Text from news indicates that's new skin series based on Chinese Wuxia theme.

I believe its shen skin (85%) because the sword in the ground and the animation of the stones or a leona (15%) because the shape of the sword

lets exclude yi and yas cause they recently got skins so what do you think?

Clearly that's a teaser for the next Ryze rework, in which he'll be getting a rune blade.
