Is there anyone capable of "repairing" Camille?

Given the nature of her body and the fact that its creator long since died and the blueprints destroyed, if she were to get into a serious fight with, let's say Warwick or Urgot and were to get injured, would there be anyone who could repair that damage?

I honestly doubt Vi, Rumble or especially Corki (as his lore hasn't been updated and never indicated he is proficient in engineering) could do anything more than a band-aid fix and definitely not provide the ability to work on her incredibly complex hextech-heart. While the others, say Heimerdinger, Viktor, Jayce and to some degree Ekko (since he could just fix his own mistakes) would definitely need a lot of time to understand her until being able to repair her. The one I believe has the highest proficiency in that regard is Orianna, as she herself is a complete artificial human and also designed the most complex part of herself, her heart.

Then again, Camille is old. How high are the chances that - in the current lore, where Hextech has hopefully underwent some progress - someone can come up with a relatable or maybe the same discovery? I'm not even asking for champions (as Orianna has already done this before), but general Piltov...ian? or Zaunite inventors.
