Veigar VU?

I know there's others out there needing a VU but in all honesty if you ask me Veigars model is about on par with Poppy's. He's clunky, and has very poor proportions, plus is very unyordle-like aside from his size. The only part of him you can see is his head which is a black orb that was used to simplify the model since he hides his face under a hat. Plus have you seen his legs?

Aside from the model his spell effects could use help too. Q is just a bigger auto attack which may work early but not so much late game when it chunks health like a cleaver. W is nice but could use some work. E should be more imposing and have a better effect than 'magic pillars appear' in my opinion. And finally R should be brought on par with the standard Final Boss Veigar set. I mean, default R is just a larger, kinda flashy auto attack with a few ring particles which isn't very imposing even if it 100-0% anyone with ap. The ultimate should give the feel of ripping apart reality to annihilate your target, kinda like Final Boss does.

I'm not trying to complain, I just recently picked up Veigar and love his character a lot. I think he deserves some better treatment even if his gameplay isn't broken (like Poppy).
