The idea of "Pizza Delivery Sivir" was made my the users, so Riot kept that name.
Pizza Delivery Sivir is the last major fanbase demanded skin that is been officialy released so it better keep that name, just like Baker Pantheon, Dragon Master Swain, Battle Bunny Riven and some others
