A new look for old champions

If Riot made Chromas for old skins when they released new skins, instead of only the 6-8 color schemes they give every new skin. In fact, make Chromas for more champions in general like Bard Bloom and Garen Noble etc. Freshen up the old champions and skins that haven't gotten as much attention, like Little Knight Amumu, Pool Party Lee Sin and maybe even toss our boi Yasuo's base skin some color variants! A lot of very old champions have "chromas" that cost twice as much (albeit the alternate Splash art may justify it to some.) already but then there are many champions with very few skins or who haven't gotten much visual attention at all in recent years but aren't burdened with these 520RP skins either.
