How Many Skins Does Riot Release per Year?

How many skins do they release each year? It's bound to vary a little from year to year so an average would be fine. Some people have complained about how rarely some champions have received skins. I am just curious -lets say Riot had to release skins for ALL champions, and after receiving one a character could't get ANOTHER skin until ALL other champions had gotten skins.

How many years would each of the "cycles" run?

Way too long.

It takes at least 6 months to make a skin and shit happens so they can't guarante skins for everybody. Events turn up and they can't miss the opportunity to give champions thematic entrances into that skin line.

It's around 3-4 skins per patch.

2 per month except during the last two weeks of christmas so about 23. on average about 70 skins per year
