Yeah I mean, besides a few like Nunu and Alistar, I can really think of others who have those old pizza/duck feet like Blitz

Yup, I know there are more but I couldn't list them all off the top of my head.
it just shocks me that A. blitzcrank in almost all metas is still playable and played, and B. Doesn't have updated visuals
I mean I can see the reason behind ali, nunu, and morde not getting some visual updates since they're on the list of champs that are going to 100% eventually get reworked, but blitz isn't, blitz is pretty good balance wise, all he needs is a new VO and visuals and then riot doesn't have to touch him for like 2 years unless there are some bugs or minor balance issues.
Beyond Legends1 votesThe reason that he is meta is why he hasn't gotten a update. Riot is still updating champion that have gameplay issues in their vgu, those who don't have problem with their gameplay aren't top priority of getting a vgu.

GreenLore1 votesBut Xin did not receive a visual update alongside his gameplay update. And while they still do gameplay updates on their own they don't do visual updates anymore unless they come as part of a full VGU.

GreenLore1 votesThey gave him a texture rebalance back then when they updated summoners rift,which is something that almost every old champion got back then.
However he did not receive a visual update when they gave him a gameplay update.
