WHy has this not been brought up about mundo?!?!?!?

Ok so every time I click on Mundo's profile, is it me or are the icons that are on his W and E his old icons (least im assuming) I have not seen this changed for about a year and it's only on his profile icons (which also seems to be transfered to when you select a champion in blind or whatever the old ways are), not is in game icons. Need proof? Just pick Mundo, after looking at his profile icons, and go in game and check his icons in game.

If there's any explanation on why this is even the case I'd love to know cause this seems like something that can be changed in like a minute or so.
