What Happened to The HUD Updates?
Weren't they testing this stuff months ago?

It's still being tested and updated, and it's still in Alpha. It'll soon go live, though, for an Open Beta- Sometime in the coming Pre-Season.
I'm pretty sure you'll have to wait a few months before it releases
