its 3:18am in my timezone and theres still no roadmap. I always wish that riot's updates don't overlap months in some regions. like its release in jan 31 in NA but its now feb 1st in the garena regions,japan,etc. It kinda looks bizarre tbh specially if they named the roadmap "January Roadmap".
I just hope it would be release today maybe after an hour(like all updates do from 12-5am in my country).

Since Riot is based out of NA their time estimates are also based on NA time zones. It wouldn't make sense for them to use a time zone they are not based out of.
Where I live, it's Currently 1/30/18 at 3:03pm.
My guess if anything, it'll be later on today or sometime before the end of the week.
Believe me, I'm extremely Anxious about this Roadmap. I'm scared about who they want to rework next.
