His splashes are modern, so I don't see a reason why would they be updated. :P
Don't think so. Riot said if Aatrox gets some work, it will most likely be a class update or a singular gameplay update as his visuals and character are pretty fleshed out and modern. It's just his kit that lacks identity.
His splashes are completely fine. There way more champs that severely need splash updates before him.
Aatorx is a 2013 champ, he's pretty decent where art is concerned.
