New Blitzcrank skin playtesters...

Did they choose people that they found off the street, or new players? How could you look at the new skins and not know who it is if you're at least level 30 (and I can say at least, since they're removing the level cap). It says in the loading screen "Lancer Paragon/Rogue " and there's no other champ that looks quite like . Which legitimately makes me wonder if the playtesters of the new skins are just new to the game, or did Marc Merrill just show his mother his crayon drawing of the new skin and asked how it looked?
