As the title says; is Arclight Varus how he ACTUALLY looked and stuff right after he absorbed the pit of Pallas, as the throwaway line in the skin's reveal would suggest? I seriously doubt it's the case now, if it ever was, but I've kept seeing it stated as gospel over the years so confirmation would be nice. Thanks!
While Riot has never outrighted stated that it's what Varus looked like pre-corruption, they did say it's the closest to what he WOULD have looked like pre-corruption.
The only cannon skins I can think of are Captain Gangplank and Captain Miss Fortune
