Warring Kingdom's Vi?

So, I decided since I saw the skin I'd probably try to pick up Vi. The skin and splash look GORGEOUS! But I noticed it wasn't in the store so I looked up how to get it.

From what I read you can only get the skin from "special events." What in the flying **** does that mean?! ;-;

Is it possible for this skin to be obtained or is it a lost cause?

Certain skins are only available for a certain periods during the year such as the Snowdown, Harrowing, Challenger and Championship skin lines.

Warring Kingdom Vi should be back in the store around the Chinese New Year.

Warring Kingdoms Vi is legacy, it's available through Hextech, Mystery Gifting or during the Lunar Revel
