shit changes to much to put it blunt. for example graves... still want to buy attack speed on him? xD

Because these things change as nerfs and buffs come in, masteries and items change, etc. Little point to talking about a champion's best build when said build is up for interpretation in the first place.

Because if there is only one way to build a person, riot did something wrong.
