I'm pretty sure that the Chinese text on his card, and also how his cards are white, have been there since the Beta site was released. The fog is new however.

Someone checked and confirmed that the altered images have been on the site for a long time already, they weren't added with the fog-effect.

I have been watching things and these are definitely new. Ezreal hasn't always had only one arm, blitz hasn't always had one hand shattered, and so on. Unless you have sources to back yourself up everyone should just ignore you because it is highly unlikely that this crap has been here that long.
