Riot releases a decent few icons for ip already. They still have to make money, not everything can be ip.

They can earn plenty enough money even if they let in an option for IP. Your argument is invalid.

Yeah sure they make more than enough but they are a business. Not to mention they gave us hextech crafting which is literally free skins, icons, wards, et cetera if you play enough. It still seems greedy to want more for just IP. They give us practically each patch an icon for IP only. And just asking for more seems ungrateful.

It's not a special event for us. They were icons that were free on the OCE server and when they come to others they always have them for RP only.

I always wondered that. I personally always liked River Spirit more than the Koi skin but the icon is still nice :)

They listened, they listened to our wishes! Granted, this could of been planned from the start but, they ended up giving us the option to get the sweet Nami icon without being in Oceania region! I'm so happy :D!!
