Well, in the old lore, humans with a lot of magic had pointy ears, same reason why Janna had those.

That's weird though, because this splash was updated to what it is now like 2 years ago, which is fairly recent, long beyond the old lore.

That's why he needs a VGU someday. I would say that elf ears should be exclusive to good spirits and demons like a good spirit champ called janna. I can see morg's VGU doesn't have elf ears in the future.

That would be a dramatic and foolish change. Morgana's ears stand out and are a nice feature.
