Riot doesn't have to make concepts on the boards a reality, and unless the original artist posted that Poppy design, Riot is legally bound to not use it in any sense whatsoever. Also, Janna doesn't fit the theme as well as characters like Soraka or Diana.

Yeah, but that's not a reason to automatically include her in a skin line that she doesn't fit particularly well. Cassiopeia hasn't had a skin in 4 years, and Yorick hasn't had a skin in 5 years, but that doesn't mean that they'll get Star Guardian skins.

She wasn't. But again, a cosmic magical anime skin line doesn't fit Janna's weather powers. That, and her rework was in 2011, and she looks absolutely terrible. She may not have had any skins made because she's been blacklisted due to her immense popularity and the need to bring her very clunky looks up to modern standards.

All I'm saying is that from what skins people like KateyKhaos have said, they don't just cram champs into skin lines if they don't make sense in them. And I'm saying Janna doesn't make a great deal of sense in a cosmic magical anime line; there are other, better candidates that fit thematically like Soraka, Diana, and Taric. And before you bring up multiple skins in a short amount of time, they've done this in the past, earlier this year, actually. They launched Gentleman Gnar some time last year, Snow Day Gnar last Snowdown, and then gave him the Luchador skin this year. They said he got skins in that short span because he fit the themes they were going for.

Magical transformation is sort of a magical girl thing. Janna is not too far off the mark.
A magical girl that controls the wind isn't a stretch considering one series had a guy transforming into a magical girl wielding a chainsaw. And that's honestly the most staggering thing to accept with a magical girl theme. Pretty much nothing is sacred. While I cringe at the thought of Magical Girl Garen, it wouldn't exactly be out of bounds with his insane drive for justice.

I think it's because it's magical girl and not "space heros".
As in, if they were meant to all just be alien super heros, then yeah. Janna wouldn't make sense; however, I can see her as some random girl that was granted magical powers to help defend the galaxy (by fighting monsters on Earth because that's how magical girls work a la Madoka Magika).
We won't talk of personality because it's completely flat. If we go strictly by her lore (which is barely relevant anymore due to retcon), she was a gutter rat in Zaun before she moved to Piltover (stupid Pilties) and gained popularity as an activist. That could possibly be translated as her being chosen because she wanted everyone to be happy and equal despite the hardships she faced.

Just think her tornado spitting out a trail of stars behind it, Her friend becomes a star and her shield becomes has stars flowing around it well her ULT shots stars out all through it. Plus Janna has been seen more recently and should be up for a new skin soon. Janna is a Mage just like Lux who is is also friends with so I would not be surprised if she got a new skin seeing as all of hers kinda suck. Plus how can you not see her in that outfit. That blue star could very well be Janna

They actually can't make any skin inspired by content unless it was posted by the original artist. So if you post a concept by someone else on DeviantArt, they are legally not allowed to use any shred of it in any way. Their Terms of Service covers this use of content and directly specifies that content must be owned by the poster on Riot's community sites in order to be used or inspiration for Riot.

Copyright law is a fickle business. If a products terms and conditions don't explicitly state whether the content can be used without permission, it leaves it up to interpretation. Just because you water-color a piece of Artwork, does not trademark or copyright it. Meaning people can use it without your consent. Riot has gone to state with their product, they may claim any conceptualization of their characters without compensation. There is no universal law in regards to product copyright, but in fact a large set and subset beyond that.

But I can see Diana being there just like Syndra they fit well personally I think Janna,Syndra,Lulu and Soraka my reasons I posted Lulu and Syndras further up and Jannas a bit lower. Soraka I can see it because she literally is the Star Child, it would work so well with her

Yasup seems like a long shot judging by how it is such a girly line I think they will try to keep it that way honestly I am just praying for Syndra maybe Janna but I don't think riot will disappoint us, especially cause we have all been waiting since Sta Guradian Lux was released

the pink haired girl IS Madoka. her fate wasn't becoming a god. Originally she was just a regular magical girl like the rest that just couldn't defeat Walpurgis, who was the strongest witch. After traveling through time so many times to the past, it started to affect Madoka, twisting her fate, increasing her tragedy and the power of her wish, which is what gives them their strength as magical girls, which is what Kyubei wants since that's the energy they harvest. Her wish was selfless, she wanted to prevent the young girls' wishes from turning them into the monstrosities that were Witches, though the fulfillment of the wish required her to do something extraordinary so she had to become a god-like being that could travel through ALL time and ALL alterations of the universe in order to prevent ALL magical girls in all possible alternate realities of the world from becoming Witches, therefore she is STUCK traveling through time, space, and reality in order to eliminate all possibilities of witches, forever, never stopping, indefinitely.
also.... you should watch the third movie. movies 1 and 2 are basically the re-telling of the series. movie 3 is something that happens afterwards and is trippy AF.

Just think about it, be easy to make sure everything includes the stats especially cause every ability uses her balls, just like everything in star guardian Lux has the stars. Syndra could be the purple one. I was also looking into Star guardian lulu. Her q sends out a shot of stars pix becomes a star she turns people into stars that just fly away her W on a ally cast could shoot stars instead of flowers behind them her e could have stars on the shield and her ULT can have a beautiful effect of stars shooting up around her(similar to Luxs ULT where the stars wrap around her beam) and stars to knock people up
