Doesn't fit at all with J4...just why, from all the champions that could fit the Dark Star theme they choose J4
While overall I like the crystalline look they're going for with this skin, I'm just a little curious about what makes it "Dark Star" beyond the black hole in his lance. There aren't really any cosmic themes to the skin beyond some particles on his E, and they missed the chance to make his Ultimate an event horizon that could prevent the enemy from fleeing.
Good skin, but not enough cosmic horror. 7.75/10 at the moment.

Im confused about why would riot give this man a darkstar skin when they could give it to champs like
Zoe, Aurelion sol, shen, urgot,Taric. Champs that in somway have to do with stars or consumption in some way

I think it looks good, the whole 'does the character fit the theme' thing needs to go. All champs fit a theme, even Conqueror of the Sands Azir or Pool Party Nami.
Riot, keep up the good work and meme killing. Just Heimer, Shen, Taliyah and Rumble to go. We got the memo that Sol doesn't get skins long ago. ;-) :-P
I'm baffled sometimes by some picks for skin series, but I can't deny the creativity behind this. Who thinks to put Dark Star and Jarvan together? Riot apparently.
That recall has me thinking about the potential story behind Dark Star J4. Shaking off the grasping hands with a defiant bellow, perhaps this Corruptant is actually noble in spirit? Born of a star system long since consumed, who's people were noble and honourable, even as they faced oblivion? Now this Corruptant acts alone, perhaps even in defiance of the overwhelming power of the Dark Star, in pursuit of his own noble goals?
The effects are nice but Jarvan's animations are so outdated to the point where a modern skin looks really clunky.
I am deeply amazed by this skin, the look of the spear, the visual effect, the sound and the idea of making J4 with the Darkstar themeline.

I was expecting a more "cosmic" feel on the model itself tough; as well as a blackhole for the ult could really do the trick better. but it feels so good to know he finally had a skin !

After seeing the initial model, I was a bit skeptical about this but it's not too bad in-game. Works pretty well on him.
Looks more like a dark crystal j4 then it does a dark star j4. Still neat though
