Tacos - today's versions are based on a combination of European and Native American cuisines in our world (mostly originally American with European ingredients often included; can you imagine a taco buffet today without cheese or sour cream?), so likely a mixture of Noxus's cuisine with the cuisine of northeastern Shurima (in the jungles; the part of Shurima that's closest to what Ixtal is like)
Therefore,
Pizza - mostly native Italian, but mixed with the sauce of the fascinating American tomato - if we assume that tomatoes are also from Ixtal's area, then it's likely a mixture of mostly Demacian ingredients with tomatoes that managed to find their way from the jungles to Demacia through trade routes (perhaps through Piltover?)
If I had to guess, Ionia would have them. Since most of the people in Ionia are farmers, there is high chance that they actually have something like pizza with different ingredients of course
