Pretty sure that's something they took inspiration from.
Agreed, although the colors could be less vibrant.
A friend of mine says the same but I just don't feel it. I get more of a Red Mage feel. I still think it looks cool though, probably the only Kayn look I actually like :P
Seeing how the lore is now constructed, it wouldn't surprise me if some city in the coast of Valoran that wasn't invaded by Noxus and had close ties to Piltover, had an architecture and way of life very similar to the one of Yharnam. Yharnam is part of Runeterra! That's a headcannon of mine, now.
I refuse to admit that it looks like Bloodborne, because by saying that it does it lessens the odds of getting a true Bloodborne skin.
