Leona - Personality Conflicts

So the new Leona lore is actually really great, but I feel like it conflicts a bit with her personality. The whole ethos of Leona is "Go in and fuck em' up" or "come at me bro, you can't do shit". Her taunts all sort of reflect a brazenly confident, confrontational, and slightly condescending personality.

"Next time, try to leave a dent." "I think I broke a nail, good thing it wasn't mine" "They'll have to get through me!"

Even the New Dawn cinematic reinforces that archetype.

Meanwhile her new lore sort of defines her as a pious zealot and more of a fighter than a tank. While I wouldn't necessarily mind seeing Leona viable in that role, or take on some of its qualities, her kit does not really match with the new personality and the lore isn't exactly compatible with what she does-- which is lockdown a target for others to destroy while guarding them.

Actually, in the lore, the major thing that Leona fails to do is protect the elders. Which is sort of against her image as guardian/protector.
