I know that's the direction Riot wanted to go with her character but nothing about her seems to point to her being insane at all, just completely evil with no redeeming qualities, standard villain.

Jinx is an adult that never progressed beyond the stage of a child. The sociopathic manchild. So not insane but definitely emotionally stunted and a sociopath.

For those saying Jinx talks to her guns making her crazy people in real-life do things like this as well but aren't crazy. For example there are lonely people in real life who have sex with dolls, talk to them, and give them complex personalities and yet they aren't insane they are in effect just "playing". Randomly killing people, blowing shit up, and enjoying it just means your sociopath but not actually insane. Sociopaths are generally incredibly selfish individuals who only care about themselves everybody else is just an object to be used and abused for their own amusement or personal gain. Example in real-life being Luis Garavito a serial killer who killed possibly over 400 children only 148 confirmed in 5 years (only got 22 years in prison to because Colombia sucks ass), each one he personally raped and tortured until he got tired and dismembered them and yet he wasn't insane (nothing is actually wrong with his brain) just completely evil and took enjoyment in the suffering of others. Just like many other killers like John Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy, Gary Ridgeway, etc.

Like she may think Caitlyn and Vi are actually setting up a totalitarian government in Piltover and planning to sacrifice it to ancient star gods or the Void and she, she alone is the hand chosen by The Master, hers is the veil of blood, and her "sword" is the sword of Michael and she will bring true order and justice to Piltover and destroy all the monsters that plague the city, and free it from the corruption and insanity of the light, the light that voices the darkness, that has controlled the city for so long.

She's psychopathic, not sociopathic.

Psychopath: a person suffering from chronic mental disorder with abnormal or violent social behavior.

Sociopath: a person with a personality disorder manifesting itself in extreme antisocial attitudes and behavior and a lack of conscience.

Jinx also has a motive to be committing this. It was given that Jinx targets vi in some sort of manner.

Okay. . .that guys is literally the definition of insanity. Insanity being that you see the world as something else than it actually is in reality.

Also, I hope I'm not bad for this but. . .I laughed at that and smiled through the entire video.
